The 10th Avenue Mixed Use Project is located within the 12 South Neighborhood and is just inside the boundaries of I-440 (also known as the Outer Loop).  It is approximately 2.5 miles to downtown Nashville and is easily accessible to Granny White Pike and Franklin Pike.  The area developed as one of the first Street Car Suburbs and is currently one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Nashville.

Farmer|Morgan began the zone change process in December 2008, and after almost a full year obtained the necessary entitlements to allow the development of a three story mixed use structure with just under 15,000 sf of mixed use space.  Construction for this development is anticipated for spring 2013.
