The NORESCO Energy Upgrades Project involved replacing the existing roof of three buildings in Dunlap, Dunlap City Hall, Dunlap Justice Center, and the Dunlap Maintenance Building to provide energy savings and to prep for the installation of solar panels that will pay for themselves over the life of the project. Farmer | Morgan worked as a sub-consultant for NORESCO, an energy savings company. Farmer | Morgan worked in combination with architect Wayne Oakley to develop construction plans and specifications to facilitate the roof replacements.
