Farmer | Morgan directed two phases of Construction Management on the ongoing Tracy City Town Hall Renovation. First, the firm served as CM-Agent for substantial energy upgrades that included replacing HVAC systems with package units, window/door redesign and replacement as well as lighting upgrades. In addition, Farmer | Morgan oversaw design and bidding of the new roof design and exterior upgrades that include structural advancement to the roof and other major building components. The project Owner is now evaluating the use of forced account labor to undertake various project components in relation to budget shortfalls and tightening of federal grant assistance.
