Wagner Street Sanitary Sewer Replacement

The Wagner Street Sewer Replacement Project realigned 750 linear feet of 8” sanitary sewer main, three manholes, and one cleanup for the Dunlap Sanitary sewer system to enable greater density within the commercial core of the City of Dunlap. Farmer | Morgan provided design, right-of-way acquisition, and construction inspection services for the project. Seven commercial properties were affected along the major commercial corridor of Rankin Avenue / Highway 127.
