Nickajack Shores and Resort

 Southeastern Loan Funding, LLC plans to clear and grade the property based on the subdivision lots and the plat to develop a lake front resort, along with residential and recreational development. Farmer | Morgan was contracted to complete the TDEC Construction General Permit (CGP) and the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) with Erosion Pollution Sediment Control (EPSC) devices for the 3.5 acre pond and associated 150 acre project site. Farmer | Morgan analyzed the existing conditions of the property, streams and associated watersheds, soil and geology, topography and the environmental factors related to the site. The analysis helped figure out flow patterns on site, vegetation buffers along the shoreline and the critical conditions present on site that have to be considered when developing future uses and master plans for the site.
