Farmer | Morgan was contracted to design and provide design and inspection services to construct a double barrel 14 ft. x 10 ft. reinforced concrete box, 74 ft. in length on a 74 degree skew, on Old York Highway over Pond Creek in Bledsoe County. This structure was designed and built according to the 2015 edition of the TDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction.
